I’m Staci Sprague - the founder of & sole practitioner at Aligned Body Wellness. My goal is to help you move with greater freedom through personalized assisted stretching, therapeutic bodywork, and holistic wellness. I believe that when your body moves well, you live well.
Movement has been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. I began dancing at the age of two and have spent more than three decades teaching, choreographing, and studying how the body moves. That lifelong experience has given me a deep appreciation for biomechanics, flexibility, body awareness, and the connection between movement and overall well-being.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Assisted Stretching Practitioner, Reiki practitioner, and lifelong student of holistic wellness, I take an integrative approach to care. My work is guided by both professional training and personal experience, recognizing that true wellness often comes from addressing the body as a whole rather than focusing on a single area of discomfort.
Aligned Body Wellness provides thoughtful, individualized care in YOUR HOME - a comfortable setting where you can feel supported, heard, and empowered. Whether your goal is to move more freely, recover more effectively, reduce stress, or simply feel more connected to your body, I'm here to help you take the next step on that journey.
Whether you're recovering from the demands of everyday life, looking to improve mobility, managing chronic tension, or simply wanting to move with greater ease, my goal is to help you reconnect with your body through personalized, hands-on care.
My approach is rooted in the understanding that every body is different. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine, each session is tailored to your individual needs, movement patterns, goals, and comfort level. Together, we'll work to release tension, improve mobility, restore balance, and support your body's natural ability to move and function at its best.
I look forward to helping you release tension, reconnect with your body, and refresh the way you move.
